In October 2021, an earthquake struck the north of Bali, affecting communities by destroying homes and restricting access to necessities.
Yayasan Megumi Shanti Indonesia committed to helping the affected community of Desa Ban, building new homes and repairing others, bringing essential supplies as well as small comforts such as toys for the children of the area.
Kija Travel are proud to support the work of Yayasan Megumi Shanti, reaching local communities on our doorstep who often don’t benefit from Bali’s tourism economy.
