Payment Terms & Conditions
Kija Travel (PT Kija Amerta Nusantara) does not accept direct payments on our website. We receive bank transfers and process online payments via Xendit using payment links which are sent to our customers via email after booking confirmation.
Bank Transfers must be made to the account detailed in invoices sent via email by Kija Travel. Kija Travel is not responsible for any delays or cancellations caused by errors in executing bank transfers by customers.
Payment links (via Xendit) will enable customers to pay through the following methods:
Credit Card
Virtual Accounts
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the payment is completed within the specified timeframe provided in the payment link.
Payment Deadlines
All payments must be made within the timeframe stated in the payment link or invoice. Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking or service.
Kija Travel reserves the right to impose late payment fees or penalties for overdue payments.
Payment Confirmation
Payment confirmation will be sent to the customer via email once the transaction is successfully processed.
If payment is not received or confirmed within the specified timeframe, the booking or service will not be considered valid.
Currency and Fees
All payments must be made in the currency specified in the invoice or payment link.
Customers are responsible for any bank fees, transaction fees, or currency conversion charges that may apply.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined in the booking confirmation or service agreement.
Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process, depending on the payment method and banking institutions involved.
Kija Travel is not responsible for delays in refund processing caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
Disputed Payments
In the event of a disputed payment or chargeback, Kija Travel reserves the right to suspend or cancel the booking or service until the dispute is resolved.
Customers are responsible for any fees or penalties incurred as a result of disputed payments or chargebacks.

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Kija Travel is not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures in payment processing caused by these third parties.
